SI Staff Marc Vaughan Posted June 11, 2007 SI Staff Share Posted June 11, 2007 This most commonly happens if: (1) The memory card is faulty (2) The data edits you've setup create an unstable league/cup environment in the game (ie. if you leave less than the required amount of teams in a league then the game won't operate correctly). If you post the edited file here then we can try and work out which it is. PS> For the '2nd' item you'll be glad to know that I've improved the editing system for FMH2008 so that the game 'auto-repairs' edits which would obviously leave a league unstable - this makes things a lot safer for people when editing. Mightyowl28 Posted June 12, 2007 Share Posted June 12, 2007 I think you may be wrong Marc (!?) your games freezes on the 'initializing data' screen? this is because the format of your changes.txt file is wrong, ie, its spelt wrong or its not saved as a .txt file. the file needs to be called 'changes' and saved as a .txt file and not actually called 'changes.txt' Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
