skinnymalinky
I've decided to make some master list for players who are from Eastern Europe and are still based there. There are a couple that are on loan elsewhere but are still contracted to Eastern European clubs. You may need to load all players from Ukraine, Russia, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Belarus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bosnia and the Czech Rep to make the full use of these lists. Of course, most of the better players will be retained, but if you starting a game in Eastern Europe or are playing in the lower leagues then you may well miss out on some bargains. If you don't want to load so many additional countries then I suggest loading Ukraine, Russia, Serbia and Romania at the very least. As I forgot to load all Eastern European countries on my save there are some players missing, although I'm sure you'll agree that loading all players from Uzbekistan just to sign Jeparov (P.A 150) isn't really worthwhile. Having said that, if you were to trawl through the db you will find a couple (and I mean only a couple) more from Albania, Poland and any other country from the area that I failed to mention in the second paragraph of this post. All players are aged 28 or under. The first file is a list of players with a P.A of 140+ that are both footed. Some players are not marked as 'either' in the preferred foot box on their profiles but all have at least 15 for one foot and 20 for the other. http://www.sendspace.com/file/bx8ur2 This file is a list of players aged 17 and under that have a P.A of -8. Some of their stats are random and therefore not all will turn into decent players. However, it may be worth your time to scour the list for players with either decent mental stats or are listed as professional, which may ensure that they'll develop well. http://www.sendspace.com/file/i68lxf This is a list of all players that have a P.A of 150 - 160, which is fairly decent by Eastern European standards. http://www.sendspace.com/file/e0ghbv This final list details all players that have a P.A over 161. Most will be well know and will certainly cost a fair bit, but there are some players that don't get a mention of these forums that are well worth trying out. http://www.sendspace.com/file/7c93m9

sned777
Tah, Ive signed Vaida for my Wolfsburg team before but never got him good. Just signed him for Barca. Made Aleksic a superstar once, if you check his thread.
skinnymalinky
Added a few missing players to the link in the first post for 150 -160. To make full use of all the shortlists provided you may have to load all players from Estonia, Uzbekistan, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Romania, Hungary, Czech Rep., Slovenia, Slovakia, Albania, Bulgaria, Russia and Belarus. I'll post a ddt file tomorrow.

skinnymalinky
Good piece of work this. In your experience do some of the non-EU players pick up work permits? Hard to say because I often play in non-eu countries, or countries where work permits do not apply. I would think that some of the players listed in the '2 footed players (140+)' list might struggle for a work permit, but I imagine most of the players listed as '150-160' would get one on appeal depending, of course, on their C.A. If you are playing in England there are still some great EU bargains to be had. Just load up the Czech Rep, Estonia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary and Bulgaria.
