pancilobak
Hi, how do you handle a player with great technical skill but lousy physical? I managed to sign a 20 year old midfielder from Bologna for free with technique(15), passing(17), creativity(16), decision(14), team work(15) and workrate (15). However, his physical is lousy: Strength(9), pace(6), fitness(6), stamina(13),agility(6), accel(6). His best position is DM and can play as CM. Since I am managing gillingham(cocacola league 2 club) and I was given limited fund, I can't buy good players and hav to rely on free transfer. I would like my team to play possession, so I supposed this player can help my team as my assistant manager noted in one of my reserves matches that this player is one of the best passer in my team. so is there a chance that this player can still develop his physical attributes given that he is 20 year old already? How do you guys position this player in your team tactics?
phnompenhandy
He can develop his physical atts a little, but he'll still be poor. However, at your level I'd suggest one player like this in the middle of the park can be a real asset. Don't have him run around too much; he'll be o the one to spray about killer passes. Nevrin
He can be your deep lying playmaker. I think he is a similar type of player as Carrick. So you may play him at the MC position with rare forward run in the tactic that I recommend you. :-)
