bladez
I really wish you could download the patch and continue your game instead of having to start a new one. Or has this changed on fm2010? How many patches are usually released for each game?
Neji
It's the same as always, you don't have to start a new game. Patches are save compatible. It's recommend you start a new game but I think that is only really for rule changes and db changes. FM's have mostly had 3 patches, same this year, I believe. bladez
Be good if you could have the january update and still continue the game..
SI Staff PaulC Posted October 15, 2009 SI Staff Share Posted October 15, 2009 How would that work in terms of transfers? If you were in season 2012 for example what use is a database updated to Jan 2010? Obviously all our patches work with existing saved games if you set the data issue aside. Andy H
That all the fixes for certain bugs will be fixed but the data will remain the same unless you start a new game.
