phnompenhandy
I don't think there is coding software available. Would be great if SI did put this out to the graphical community.
radestock
It's not possible in FM10 (even though pre-release blogs said it would be possible in FM09!). 3D models seem to be tied up in SI's own .sia format (not the same as the silo format) and Ter has said they won't be releasing a converter so we can then edit them. All the texture files are png and dds though so we can edit them. Everything is in the sigfx folder.

SI don't need to buy licences for stadium images when they have a community who will build all the stadiums for them! Its surely just a matter of time before a stadium editor is released. SI probably planned it this way right from the very start.
radestock
The ability to have specific stadium images isn't even there though. There are only generic stadiums that correspond to different capcities. So there are 3 stadiums for 50,000+ for example. An SI employee has specifically said that a converter for the sia format will not be released, an actual stadium editor is about as likely as St Kitts and Nevis winning the world cup. SPE3D
I'm bookmarking this to bring it back when the stadium editor does come out Don't get me wrong. I know its unlikely to be out soon. But there is no way SI would miss an opportunity like this.
Veg
I do think it will happen in the future, but I think they will focus on other things first.

An SI employee has specifically said that a converter for the sia format will not be released, an actual stadium editor is about as likely as St Kitts and Nevis winning the world cup. From what I understand the export to sia is a one way thing and it can't be converted back to it's original format.
radestock
Ah ok. I presume it's still unlikely that there would be a release of a plugin/converter to convert to sia then as well as some pre-conversion examples to show what sizes things need to be in?
