No. The game is shipping with a light skin and a dark skin. Those who activate/download via Steam will be able to download a "FM09 style skin" at some point after release. Certain design elements maybe yes, but colours? Noope! No company in the word can force you to sign such an agreement as it's illegal. Colours are not copyrighted.
