JudgementDave
As we know Chelsea can't buy any players for a long time, and they are appealing.. so are they banned from transfers in FM? Will you be able to appeal to FIFA as Chelsea manager?
SWaRFeGa
Yes, the transfer ban is incorporated.
walsh
They are banned after the first transfer window (as happened IRL) and no, you cannot "appeal to FIFA."
Mar$haLL
I doubt you'll be able to appeal on FM10
stevie_G_32201
the very first window is still active for chelsea (from what i have read on these forums) but after that you wont be able to until the ban is over. and no you will not be able to appeal in-game. Guest markyosullivan
They are banned after the first transfer window (as happened IRL) and no, you cannot "appeal to FIFA." Is it not actually CSA? Or something like that..

There is a choice for not allowing transfers at all in the first transfer window when you begin a new game. This would affect all teams not just Chelsea. __________________________________ K***s on epäoikeudenmukainen kusipää!
