Tom14
I've tried to install it 3 times and keep getting an error message when I try to run it. Is it just me or does it take forever to install. Also, the patch doesn't work. I can't start a new game with it. Aaaarrrrgggghhhh

Gudge
your opening post is'nt very informative. Can you explain EXACTLY what happens when the game is installing please?
mustardpower
your opening post is'nt very informative. Can you explain EXACTLY what happens when the game is installing please? If it does the same as mine it does absoloutly nothing other than make the noise a computer makes when it recognises a disk. Then it does nothing. I went on " My Computer" but there is nothing related to fm on it
simonbyrneno.4
your opening post is'nt very informative. Can you explain EXACTLY what happens when the game is installing please? Grudge i've the exact same problem, i can give a detailed list of everything thats happening if that will help. This is extremely frustrating as we all just want to play the F***in game!!! If someone has an answer to this problem and can talk me through it on windows live or anything like that pm me for my address/username
Wakers
Look in one of the FAQ guides stickied to the top of the forums, download the latest version of JAVA and try again.
Cruisio
Right, I think ive come further than I had before. What should I do if I get the error message that says Football Manager 2010 10.0.0f80381 has stopped working? I think I saw it on another thread but I looked and couldnt seem to find it, any help at all guys?
Wakers
update directx. Look for the thread titled FM2010 Launch problem or something similar, should be on the first page of the forum.
Cruisio
Hmmm, didnt seem to help, updated my directx on this laptop and still comes up with the same error message, tried it on a different PC and it came up with "cannot run: failed to set up graphics system"
Wakers
neither have direct x or graphics drivers up to date. You need to download the directx SDK which is a lengthy download. Then check for the latest graphics drivers for your card.
Cruisio
Really? The demo worked absoloutely fine, and my laptop isnt that old at all :S. I'll try re-loading it and then if that doesnt work i'll try downloading the directx SDK, cheers, i'll let you know how it goes
