PrinceEgypt
Hi Guys, Just a quick question... When you first start your new game... Do you put your players into 'pre-season' training until the actual season begins (i.e. from July-August)...? Or do you put them straight into their allocated positional training schedule from Day 1? rocky0
I never used the pre-season training as I always forgot to change it from pre-season to regular. The pre-season is where you start getting your players in shape for the regualr games. There are schedules setup up for pre-season that get your players doing more fitness work than you would normally do. This helps get them into game shape for the start of league play. Its not a bad idea to do this as it does help prevent injuries and gets your players into better shape.
