Andy4876 Posted October 31, 2009 Share Posted October 31, 2009 Okay so before I was playing around with tweaking tactics with Man Utd and then holidaying to see how it did. I created one tactic and it won the premiership quite easily with 83 points, 81 For, 26 Against. I then decided to start the game again and replay the season with the same tactic to see if it was consistent, well about half way through the season and guess what...bottom of the league...20th place... I've tried lots of different tactics, sometimes they perform very well, then the same tactic can completely suck. There just seems to be no correlation between tactics and results. I realize that other things need to be taken into consideration, for example starting the season off with a win means morale will be good from the start and everyone will be happy, but from 1st to 20th? Seems a bit extreme to me for the same players, same tactics, same fixtures, it was even the same saved game as I had saved it before the season had started.
