Gunner[AU]
1: You should be working! 2: Are you using a work computer? Or laptop? Most likely, the cookies for Steam have been deleted and therefore Steam can't run. Try going to the Steam directory and try runing fm.exe from there, that might work. trekman
Maybe your bosses are on to you and they've set up a firewall blocking your access to FM.
stufair
No it's my own laptop and have tried the above step but just keeps saying no steam login on this computer.
Gunner[AU]
Mmm that's weird. You should be able to run it in offline mode. Has anything changed on your laptop within the last 24 hours?
stufair
No nothing at all. Just trying everything I can at the moment but don't want to fiddle with anything incase I mess it up. Don't want to by mobile broadband just for one game but may have to if there is no other way round it.
Gunner[AU]
If you already have mobile broadband, use it to log on to steam so it has your account details then you can turn it off.
