SaadHabib
You should read the tactical theorems. It gives an estimate of the way Arsenal play right now. I'll copy paste some of the info from their site: Manuel Almunia - Sweeper Keeper - Defend Gaël Clichy - Wing Back - Automatic William Gallas - Centre Back - Defend Thomas Vermaelen - Ball-Playing Defender - Defend Bacary Sagna - Wing Back - Automatic Denilson/Abou Diaby - Box-to-Box Midfielder - Support Alexandre Song-Bilong - Ball-winning Midfielder - Defend Cesc Fabregas - Advanced Playmaker - Support Andrei Arshavin - Inside Forward - Attack Emmanuel Eboué - Winger - Attack Robin van Persie - Advanced Forward - Attack Philosophy - Balanced Passing - Shorter Creative Freedom - More Expressive Closing Down - Press More Tackling - Default Marking - Default Crossing - Default Roaming - More Roaming Since I haven't tried these tactics yet myself I don't know if they work. But you could give them a try, and make any changes as you see fit.
