bmxhag
I've tried a few combination's. As one of his preferred moves is to drop deep to get ball I wanted to try him as a deep lying forward. But I dont want him holding up the ball. Think this might be a dilemma for a lot of amc/fc. Which role have people been playing aguero or similar players as? I have taller strong strikers to play around him and good amc behind him. any suggestions?!?!
mlindqui43
a Trequartista setting works, but I also have a strong Target man which probably helps, also I have Aguero as an AMC postioned just to the right of actual center
dreghorn2
I play him as a trequarista forward but with forward runs often. He is my target man with run onto ball option. Forlan as advanced forward.
bmxhag
Thanks guys. I was thinking about Trequartista role but wasn't sure if that took full advantage of his finishing? His drop deep to get ball preferred move kind of threw me. mlindqui43, you use him as an amc and not a forward? or chop and change depending on the game? I'm guessing because a Trequartista is kind of a free role position you find it is almost like a support role? I had been trying to avoid having two attack set forwards. in 09 i preferred to have one that dropped back more to link up with the midfield. Any opinions?
