FM2010 error on start

think I've set a record here. It's taken me 7, yes 7 days to download FM2010 from esellerate, not their problem, mine. Internet in Afghanistan is extremely dodgy.

I finally got it to download, it unzip, now I've got a problem.

I think I've had a problem with activation. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall, doesn't work. I tried restarting my computer, didn't work. I need help.

I double clicked the app to start it, it went to esellerate activation, took a long time, but then came up with an error box that essentially says this:
