Leighton Baines for Everton has 15 for Free Kicks and 13 for Technique, yet he strikes the best ball from a free-kick I've seen thus far on FM10 - simply because he has the PPM of "Hits Free Kicks With Power". Always trust your own intuition rather than the sometimes ridiculous coach feedback (yeah, OK, I'll tell Yakubu to stop placing shots Mr. Round, that makes a WORLD of sense...) -_- Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Death. Posted November 9, 2009 Share Posted November 9, 2009 I have a player with Free Kick Taking 13, Long Shots 12, Technique 14. Apparently though he isn't suitable to be taking free kicks. According to my Assistant, it would be better to have my player who has Free Kick Taking 12, Long Shots 12 and Technique 13. Although, i just conceded a Beckham-esque free kicks from a player with Free Kick Taking 9, Long Shots 7 and Technique 12. So who knows if it even makes any difference whatsoever?
