I created a league with teams from 3 nations, however they only seem to buy and sell players from within the nation the competition is set (Luxembourg). I edited the Transfer Preference tab, but no noticeable changes there. Any other ideas on what I can try? Seems no matter how bad the host nation is, they will always buy their useless players!
