chubbs36
I started a game at work and wanted to carry on at home, so i put the save file onto a memory stick and moved it over to the home PC, when loading a game, it shows but then comes up with a message saying "can't load game" Am i missing something simple here? also When making some changes in editor, where is the data base held, it seems to default me to a folder with the config file. I try and save as, and looks to work but when i start a new game my new database does no show.
rinso
make sure you have the same versions of the game, and the same databases. ie if you patched the work game, make sure home one is patched too. Also, if you made any changes in the editor, you'll need to transfer over your custom db...
chubbs36
that makes scence i guess, i will double check that. also the question about the editor was seperate, its not neccesserily going to be moved pc, im just trying to find out where the customer database needs to be saved to. tottenhamfmo7
Yeah about the transferring make sure both PC's have the latest update and the same database. Again, I don't use the editor so I don't know much about it, you may have more luck in the Editors Hideaway! http://community.sigames.com/forumdisplay.php?f=

dirtyscarab
I always simply move the entire Sports Interactive folder. That way you're guaranteed not to mess it up (plus any custom graphics etc you have will move over as well).
