dinamo_zagreb
I have made new United States soccer pyramid Premier League - 16 teams, 2 down First League - 16 teams, 2 up, 4 down Regional League splits in two regional leagues: Pacific - 12 teams, 2 up Atlantic - 12 teams, 2 up Microsoft Cup - 166 teams (Microsoft because prize money is huge) I am planing to create more tiers. And relegation system works great, I set only one boundary, and it is Lebanon City, Texas. Tested for three seasons and all teams were placed where they should be. First season champion was Salt Lake, and next season they were relegated.

That sounds good, what continental competition (if any) do they play in? are the Canadian teams (Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver), Puerto Rico and Bermuda included? Toronto is in Premier League Vancouver and Montreal are in First League, so as Puerto Rico Islanders That's all. I am planing to create 4th tier, but I will think about it. Top four teams from Premier League qualifies for CONCACAF Champions League. And 16th team in Premier League is Philadelphia Union. I took charge over them and 1st round lost to LA Galaxy by 7-1, 2nd against DC United 4-2 loss, and 3rd against NY RB home 0-2. So I quit their post. SucksAtFM
This sounds great. Wil you be having any player restrictions like mls?

dinamo_zagreb
I will make it available later, in next few days, when fourth tier is finished. Restrictions are that Premier league team can have 10 fgn players total, 8 in match squad, 5 in first eleven. For lower leagues less fgn players are available, but young players are in focus. Max yearly wage is 10 M $. I have also raised league reputation, as I d like to make it more competitive and bigger in world football. There were signings like Sol Campbell by other clubs in league. themodelcitizen
Bermuda Hogges in the lower tier could be fun too. You'll likely need to load all players from Canada, the US, Puerto Rico and Bermuda to get the most out of the database.
