Roycebrown
I am away from an internet connection & I cannot load FM2010, I keep getting a message about Steam not being able to connect to the interweb. I can select the "Run in Offline" mode, but it never launches Steam or FM2010. Is there a way to play the game while NOT being connected to the internet? Super Bladesman
I assume you can just navigate to the installation folder (C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Football Manager 2010 I think?) and double-click on the exe file there? __BOB__
try moving the FM10 icon to your desktop
Roycebrown
Even when I run the .exe from C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Football Manager 2010 it still tries to launch Steam. And the icon is on my desktop, same results.
Roycebrown
This is so frustrating, there's no way I should have to be connected to the web to play this game....

Roycebrown
So basically I'm out of luck. I just can't come to terms with believing a game that I paid for through Steam has to be connected to Steam/web in order to play it. It just doesn't make sense. There's got to be a way to do it, I swore I could run FM09 without being connected to the web.
