Consulting my ever helping backroom advice, my assistant advises me to bring in another Brazilian player to help my new signee settle in. The thing is i already had 2 Brazilian players before i signed the new guy. So i have 3 Brazilian players and the adviser wants me to bring in another one? Management Posted November 22, 2009 Share Posted November 22, 2009 I have a couple of players struggling to fit in too.. My problem is I'm currently managing in the Montenegrin Second League and have 2 Montenegrin players struggling to fit in. The personalities of my squad are split. About 14 are balanced and the rest are Fairly Ambitious. Even the Serbian players I have are fine... Is there something else that could affect the "fitting in" problems.
