reli515 Posted December 11, 2009 Share Posted December 11, 2009 I believe you get it from taking control of matches and attending press conferences, interacting with players etc., basically being as active a manager as possible and not holidaying through match days. It takes a while to get up there, after a few seasons in one save where I played pretty "hands on" it had only gotten up to 15. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
