berkshirevilla
Hello all, I wonder if someone could give me some advice on this, My club thinks i should only have 9 coaches first of all and i'm ok with that but what i would like to know is of the 9 do you have them coach 1st teamers and youth players? For instance if i assign a coach to do the set-pieces coaching should he work with both squads or would this be overloading his workload? Sorry if this is a dumb question to ask

phnompenhandy
OP - if you have a limited number of coaches, don't choose 'first team' or 'youth' coaches - choose coaches that coach first team AND youth. cadangan. Yes, 2 coaches on one schedule reduce the workload to light. If you're allowed a large number of coaches, appoint one really rubbish cheap one and tick all the schedules for him. It will reduce all of them to light. Think of it as he's the guy who puts out the cones.
