How do you get this to work for the 2nd patch? Any help would be apprieciated.

it simply cannot work as the databases are different. There won't be any FM Genie Scout for 10.2 from what I've read on its website, not because Eugene is evil but there will be a transfer update in the database by the end of the next winter transfer window, and few believe that Eugene will waste time coding a 10.2 version, just to find out that 2 weeks later the 10.3 is out and he has to code another version. We'll all have to wait for a month and a half for the next FM Genie Scout, so I suggest you hire a lot of scouts until then and spend a lot of time carefully reading their reports.

or download FMRTE instead, which has a scouting feature on it - that is 10.2 compatible.

Just remember that this is a free utility, produced by an FM enthusiast so you will have to be patient. Check the Genie Scout thread for information.
