HassDawgz
Is it important for your assistant manager to share the same philosophy's in his "tactics" section of his personal bio - eg formation, playing mentality, pressing style and coaching style??? Is the only important thing to look for is making sure he will be as close to 5star as possible?
HassDawgz
further to this question - what about coach reputation in relation to how many stars they have on the training schedule?? i have signed a couple of world class coaches who only yielded a 3.5 star rating in their strongest field, and also signed national rep coaches who are 4.5 star.... Gentleman
I don't know about reputation. It seems like reputation only comes through team success. But I've read that skill comes bundled with determination. If he's a great coach but slacks all the time and doesn't bother with discipline, he's never going to get your players better.
