Eles Gergo
well not world class but i've seen some numbers going up from 9 to 13 this was my biggest observation and it was good because i was low reputation team and they develop if you send them all over the world i think , the more places they visit the more talent they get
pc15
thats true in terms of knowledge if u send them to a region they will get complete knowledge on it
backpackant
I bought in a couple of german 15 year old, who are classed as "home grown" on my Euro submissions: Foda Ullman Their stats were okay at 15 but I had no idea they'd be first teamers at Chelsea. I got rid of 33 year-old John Terry cos I knew Foda was going to do well the following year. These screenies are a bit old now and they're doing much better ratings-wise. SI Staff Michael Burling Posted May 28, 2008 SI Staff Share Posted May 28, 2008 Scout's do improve there knowledge throughout the game by being sent to more regions to scout more players and countries, you need to do this to get scouts reputation to increase.
