barney57
ok sorry guys Formation:3-5-2 Team instructions: Emphasis:normal Passing:short Tackling:normal Pressing yes Everything else no. No playmaker either Player instructions: Passing:all set to team Tackling:all set to team except all mc's (set to hard) Pressing: all yes apart from gk and dc's(set to team) Pass to: all r/l/c Set pieces(offence):every1 forward except wingers and gk Set pieces (defence):All set to back except strikers and gk Free role: All no except wingers Forward runs:All no apart from wingers centre mc and 1 striker. Same with run with ball. Hold up ball:all no Long shots:All no apart from mc's and 1 striker Through balls:all no Cross ball:all no Marking:All man except the two wide dcs,the wingers ,one mc and the strikers. Gk set to none. For the centre mc i suggest someone who is good at shotting and strong eg yaya toure he scored 70 goals for me after 49 games. Hope you can follow that After two seasons won the championship first season and league cup. Second season finished 2nd 4 points behind chelsea. Won the euro cup also in my 2nd season. hope these tactics help
sean_oc16
Is that Jambo Dave's tactic from last year? Either it is or it's very similar.
barney57
whos jambo dave? and my friend told me this tactic
Taffaz
It's quite similar to Jambo Daves but it does seem to have a few small changes. The marking is slightly different with Jambo having the middle DC zonal and the wide DC's man. There does seem to be one strange thing about it. You have the GK and DC's set to team pressing and the others yes. The team instructions are for pressing to be set to yes so it would make no difference. In Jambo's tactic they were set to No. I used to use Jambos in 06 but I haven't tried it for this game. Stuck to a 4-1-3-2 and it's been working for my newcastle team. First Season: 6th in the prem, EURO Cup (Started using 4132 about 25 games into prem season) Second Season: 2nd in Prem, EURO Cup Third Season: Super Cup, 1st in Prem, Champions League Fourth Season(so far): Super Cup, Charity Shield I also got the French Managers Job in the 3rd season and qualified top of my group for the World Cup qualifiers

mattlangdown
having tried this tactic i have found it is not very consistant strikers miss so many chances
barney57
Ye the strikers do not score many goals but the centre midfielder mine was yaya toure he scored 70 goals in one season
Bmaik
trying it with Atletico Madrid in second seizoen and its kinda frustrating that i'm winning with 1-2 and the oppenents have 2 shots witch are both on goal and we have like 15 where 6 are on goal. but i'm winning so i shouldn't complain i guess
Taffaz
For my tactic I just use the default 4-1-3-2 tactic with no changes. You don't concede many goals but you also don't score many. In fact I lost the league on goal difference this season by 2 goals.
Bmaik
had a great season with your tactic 3 place in the SPL, semi finals in the CL after defeating Sporting and Milan _O_, and lost in the finals of the Spanish Cup to Barça. the only porblem is im scoring like ****. had 21 goals scored against me witch is good but only scored 40 goals. ended up drawing 12 games !!!
