**The Concept and the Guide of Training**

Most of the time, training schedule is made to train basic players for the tactics we used. There are no training schedule that can suit all players and tactics. So, for those "special players" we have, it is recommended to make a personal training schedule for them. FK means Free Kick Takers, meaning they are trained to be good at free kick taking and corners from the schedule. Every teams need the most 2 FK will do.

I usually "Go on Holiday" after a match (as other things which happen are too boring) and come back before a match begins. I will set my Assistant to handle all Media Conference. I dont go holiday on transfer window season and matches. During holidays, you can use window mode so that you can do other stuff at the same time.

When the training schedule is "Heavy", players tend to get injury very often. Injuries in matches are not related to training schedule. Players not happy with Heavy work load with lead to morale decrease, and will increase injuries percentage. Percentage of injuries are link to hidden attribute. (eg Injuries Proneness) Natural Fitness affect the recovery speed of fitness and injuries, and will affect the percentage of injuries. During training, players with fitness less then 90% will increase the rate of injuries.

Injuries during matches are related to fitness. 75% and below, the percentage will increase, 70% and below, it will be quite obvious that alot of players tend to get injury, 60% and below will be more serious.

The reasons to give up on "Heavy" training schedule:

1. Your players need to have at least 90% and above (Fitness/Condition) in order to train in Heavy schedule, and need to rest them after a match at 9am which is very troublesome.

2. The results you get for Medium schedule are alot better than Heavy schedule. The rate of injuries are lower too.

So, in order to have high training results, just keep the schedule at Medium, with no rest.

In order to maintain high training results, and if you want to take a break, it is recommended to rotate your players. When you happen to have a very packed schedule for your matches, you and give your players a rest.

You can take care for your Key players by letting them rest immediately after a match if you will be having another match in 2-4 days time. (You no need to wait till 9am to set them to rest) Players with 85% or below, you have to rest them according to their natural fitness. (From 1-3 days) Note: remember to filter out your reserves and youth team players from the rest. You can do so by using Shift/Ctrl + left click to highlight them or remove them from highlight. When you are done, you can right click on one of them and click rest. This will make thing easier. For those who doesnt know how to see all your players, click on "Show Filters" and click on "All Schedule"

Tip for going holiday: Select Preference, and you can see "Continued Game Timeout" (which is usually set as disabled.). When you click on it, it shows: "Instant, 2 sec, 5 sec or 10 sec". setting this will fasten you waiting time to the next match. Fast right? But of course, when there is a transfer or signing of contract, the game will stop at that time and let you handle those options. You can also go on holiday till the next match. But you will miss some news and messages.

The speed of Fitness recovery: After match to next day 9am, (recovery speed is the fastest). Players with fitness of 90% and below will recovery faster than those with 90% and above. (Natural Fitness will affect the recovery speed too) So, when players with fitness 90% and below, giving them a rest will be a better option.

For better training results, for youth players, dont give them a rest. But this will increase their injury percentage. Physio with 20 Physiotherapy are recommended as your players will not drop alot in their training when they are injury.

It is recommended to upgrade your training facility and get better coaches. It is best to have 1 or 2 coaches to train in all, and the rest train on their specialist category. It is very easy to get 3-4 star coaches for higher league or richer teams.

Pre-Season Training: Usually we train more on physical during pre-season. But i got a better method to train my players, that is to play more matches. Against weakest team, recommended to play friendly match with them once or twice in 1 week, in additional to your training. You can increase the number of days you rest your players. (you can also put all to rest)Your main squad will play against those weaker team to increase team morale and to get used to the tactics. For reserves and youth team, play them with those strong team to earn some extra cash/budget. Set your aggressive/tackling to easy in order to reduce injury rating. Remember to change back during your main season.

Hiya Zero Sea :)

I'm currently using your other training schedule and it isn't half bad, so I know you know your stuff.

Don't worry about the broken English - everyone loves reading this kind of stuff.

"I am an encouragement adventure of!" ^^

Classic :D
