Younging
i have had 9 staff leave in a season which include 3 coaches, 4 youth coaches and 2 scounts. its getting hard to replace when my transfer budget is small as it is. i thought this was toned down in patch 10.

Pinski
You can offer them new contracts when they are approached, and might be able to keep them. There's always staff who aren't connected with a team.
Valin
This is getting to be a problem in my game as Genoa, Napoli kept approaching my staff and I kept offering them new contracts to keep them. They only stopped trying when I let one go, each time it was a different staff member but they must have approached about 10 in a row, its just silly. garyfm
I'm at Man City and there seem to be a lot of coaches that pop up in the news saying they want a post at "clubname". I'm top of the premiership why would they leave. Coaches in real life sometimes spend their whole non-playing career at a club. Not in FM, no chance
bcm
I think it should be tuned down a little or at least for bigger clubs. I have staff leaving for smaller clubs.
fabowabo
Staff show no loyalty whatsoever... it's damn annoying. Sometimes they make ridiculous choices too.
Troneas
offer them long contracts - they usually accept them. the longer the contract the higher the fee to break it so the new club will be more reluctant to take them off your hands.
