One is an update of the R.O.I leagues, making them wealthier and so on, I want them to rival the strengthened Scottish and Welsh and English leagues in my database. I am also running an xml without nation rules. I want teams in Ireland to buy players from all over the world and I know how to do this (I just copy England's transfer preferences). But which xml should this be on? I have incorperated this onto several of the xmls but have lost track. Should it be on the xml without nation rules? Or the one with the irish leagues.
