How do I make my players mark the opposition at throw-ins?

As the title says, How do I make my players mark the opposition at throw-ins?

On every opposition throw-in there will always be a player standing about 10 yards away, either square or back down the line, who will be totally unmarked. This player is obviously thrown the ball and the opposition are free to start an attack.

Is there anything I can do in the tactics screen to stop this player always being unmarked?

Sorry, I should have added that I play a pretty standard 4-4-2 so have two players on each wing.

Interesting question, i do remember seeing a player of my team being mark by two player of the opposite team during a match.
