Some people prefer playing lower league clubs, others like to immediately challenge for silverware and compete in Europe. A good place to start might be the Championship league in England? Even saying "for a beginner" doesn't help. Okay, people might not recommend Solihull Moors or some tiny Singaporean side now that they know you're a beginner, but we still can't tell you which is the best team to manage.
