Some guy....
I'm just confused about this... Two Yeah, it might just be possible that if their first and second keepers got injured then 2 might be helpful... But really.
SWaRFeGa
Maybe it's all they had left in the squad. I've done it myself.
David Sullivan
Man u v Portsmouth - Rio Ferdinand in goal - ring any bells?
Nomis07
Injury crisis and they felt the need to fill all 18 spots.
Some guy....
Their third keeper was probably worse than Rio in goals! On to other ******** AI moments. So there I am in the League cup. 1-0 up at the 90', they got 4-2-4 (as always) but this time they actually scored. The amazing AI left this as their formation and on a corner (now the 95') their keeper came up, and the clearence went in! Stupid...
Nomis07
In saying that, i've made similar mistakes. I got back to 3-3 after being 3-0 down and in my euphoria forgot to change my tactic back and lost 4-3.
Neji
Bolton had two keepers on the bench for the last game of the season.
Ryan,,,
Wasn't that to give Jaaskelainen a minute at the end in his last game for Bolton? And where did you get the "Sky Sports Live" bit from?
turn it upto 11
i know they ahve a lot more subs but england alwasy have 2 keepers on the bench, me i dont waste one spot on the keeper, unless i have more than 5 subs.
goodzorr_avfc
If I can only get 5 outfield players on the bench, and have two keepers available, I always just put them both on the bench anyway, just to fill the quota.
santy001
Maybe he doubles up as an absolutely amazing striker Would be pretty good if you could at least half train one of your players to cover for a goalie lol, Ferdinand has done it before the portsmouth game I think so there must be something there with him lol Also, if I recall, a few years ago a player went from keeper to defender and then was put back in goals when there was an injury to the first choice keeper. Neji
Wasn't that to give Jaaskelainen a minute at the end in his last game for Bolton? I've no idea but it's still a waste of a spot. Jagielka always used to go in goal for Sheff Utd because Colin never had a GK on the bench. He was actually pretty good.
Tom14
I remember a Man City game where David James went up front for the last 10 minutes. He was acyually ok.
NepentheZ
Lack of other players, quite simply.
