How to play against 3-4-3?

I usually play 4-4-1-1 and usually it works pretty well but when I come up against 3-4-3 I inevitably get thrashed, they dominate possession and get numerous shots on target. I think this sort of formation is exactly the sort that works best with the current match engine.

what team are you and who you playing against

I'm Parma and Genoa is the only team I know who play 3-4-3. I think it's the 3 strikers against 2 centre backs that gives them such an unfair advantage. I played 5-4-1 and beat them.

i never played 3-4-3 before but id say 5 defenders is the way because it crowds out their forwards but then it puts pressure on your striker who do you have up front

I usually play Paloshci or Kikin Fonseca with Bofo Bautista as AMC.
