Long Shots

In my last two games vs Spurs and Villa, the opposition have had 20 shots with 18 being long shots. Even though this isn't a big deal as none of them are goals, it's just a nuisance looking at the stats and seeing the vast amount being against me. Is there anyway to reduce this?

Sounds like your opponents or the space they get, needs to be closed down further up the pitch.

I would use opposition instructions to more effectively close down, show onto weaker foot, man-mark if required. I might also consider pushing up the defensive line, assuming that this wouldn't create different threats from other areas.
