Squad Management and other non training attributes for coaches

Hi everyone. The thing goes like this: is end of season and I decided to renew many of my coaching staff. I hired a few of better rated coaches based on the calculator that gently someone shared with me (a very useful tool, btw). Now it looks that I am low on squad management advice.

This is something that I was not taking into account. When entering the backroom advice section I noticed that there is a rating for coaches on several skills that are important for many tasks: squad management, recruiting and young development among others. I wonder what attributes should I look on staff to improve on squad management? The same would apply for the other skills.

Can anyone help me?
