arctoa
You'll need to re-make all of the Nation Rules for England to be able to edit prize money for the Premier League.
sporadicsmiles
Not the entire database - you could just edit a single league by clicking 'add lower leagues' and select england as the nation. save this file as an .xml, then open with notepad and edit the competition you wish to change to be edit-able. To do this you would change the part that says 'active_comp' to 'not_in_game' for the competition you wish to edit (you will need to know the unique id for this). Save the .xml file, then reload it in the editor. The league you changed should now be edit-able. You will still need to set things like relegation to be correct, and ALL defaults wrt the league, e.g. prize money, tv money etc., but you will be able to chanbe the rules for one division without affecting the rest. Wow, seems that knowledge about the data editor and files has increased exponentially in the last four months or so. This is what I get for going missing from the scene for the winter, hah.
