Allies
I've been wondering why one only receives an offer from national teams to manage that country's national team and why there are never any contract negotiations in FM. Surely in real life national football managers negotiate the terms of their contract, such as length and salary? I've frequently heard of national managers whose contracts only runs up untill the end of a given tournament such as say the end of the 2010 World Cup, therefore (in my mind at least) there would have to be a specific contract length associated with the job of a national manager. Please enlighten me on the subject.
