Brewer85
On the older football managers I would reload a lot, but on fm 2010 I started with a clean slate, promising not to reload. However, its easier said than done. I've just taken over at West Ham in a second season and I'm sure FM hates me - first a comfortable 1-0 lead all game at Bolton until the 85th minute. They score. Great. Next game at Wigan. 3-0 up until the 80th minute. Guess how the game ends? 3-3. I know it does happen, but it seems every career I have it happens more often than not. I've had several games at 3-0 up resulting in 3-3 draws. Why is at soon as the AI score one goal they suddenly have a blitz? It just seems ridiculous. AbsoluteGenius
You need to learn how to close out games.
SeanNUFC
Try 'stand off opponents' when against better teams, might help. I imagine your tactic aint great either though..
Chalky1989
Try getting defensive players who have high stamina and concentration, so they'll still be fit and alert compared to their opposition going into the final 30 mins.
