billybobertson Posted May 14, 2010 Share Posted May 14, 2010 So I just got a nice 1-0 win against Inter away thanks to a nice poached goal by Jo and I've realized that he's outperformed what I expected from him. I picked him up 2 seasons ago for 1.5 million simply because his stats were worth WAY more than 1.5 million. Man City just didn't want him and so I picked him up figuring he could take on the lower league teams when Torres gets injured (as he does). In 2 seasons he's played in 30 games and scored 18 goals, 11 assists and 7 MoM performances. Anyone got someone out there that always performs better than you'd expect? According to my scouts he's not good enough for the squad, but he never fails to deliver. One season he actually won the European Cup's best player award.
