brawler
Oh right, is this a new feature that has been added to the 10.3 patch or has this always been the case?. I was always thought the money went straight into your account.

Good luck in the prem
SCIAG
It has always been the case. The TV money is dependent on your final position, so it cannot be paid up front.
Brose
Really? I always thought that TV money is 1 sum, and the end of the league position falls under prize money.
aderow
TV Money is not one lump sum. You get it over the season. It is separate from your prize money.
charlo116
TV money isn't dependant on your final position because you get a message before the season begins how much money you will get from TV rights which is spread out over the season, by the time the season ends and your final position is known you will have received all your TV money for the season. stevio11
IRL it is paid in 3 amounts, some at the start.some mid season and the reminder at the end, nothing to do with League postion and not monthly as in the game at present.
aderow
How does the game determine how many matches you get on TV? Do all teams have an equal amount of televised matches? I'm guessing the amount of televised matches you get determine how much TV money you receive...... Also, I'm guessing your reputation has an affect on this.... It depends on that leagues FA, in england it is very fair and equal opportunities all clubs get the same In spain it is crap, braca and madrid get huge TV rights but the little clubs get barely any money it is not evenly spread in spain
stevio11
That is because Madrid and Barca do their own tv deals and lets face it, the other teams are not as popular as them.

Of course barca and madrid are against any change.
kennhyl
all you gotta do is look at Portsmouth, the FA paid certain parts of their tv rights to the guys they owed money to, its for situations like that that the money isnt paid in one lump
