reece1973
So many times after giving a team talk ive noticed the players saying this. So is it a good or bad thing because if you ask me no matter what you say to a player he will come out with this.
lucatonix
It doesn't make too much of a difference. I think it is just suggesting to vary your teamtalk abit more.

Dekker2
It's a little bad. If they're not listening when you're praising them, it's because you praise them too often, rendering it useless as a motivational technique - you may well see complacency set in. If they're ignoring your general opening team-talk, it means that you use it so often that it's ineffectual. If you always tell them to do it "for the fans""before every game, for instance, it'll cease to work at making them focus and avoid complacency. If you don't change team-talks, you could be fine (if your players are professional and disciplined enough to get the job done without your interjections) or you could soon come a cropper. reece1973
Seems like mixed opinions then. I seriously hope they do something about these things in FM11. Good or bad im managaing Birmingham who were tipped to finish 17th i think and after 13 wins 1 draw 1 defeat im sitting in 2nd place.7 points ahead of 3rd
