Brian Shanahan Posted June 18, 2010 Share Posted June 18, 2010 It's mainly because a few years ago there was a rash of complaints by chairmen at all levels that they were getting masses of applications which listed FM achievements. But if both Mick McCarthy and Steve Staunton can get management jobs, surely us FM'ers are over-qualified. Just read Steve Gibson's reply to the application in the above post.
