twatty Posted June 22, 2010 Share Posted June 22, 2010 Do you tweak your training schedules for pre-season? ie. do you enforce aerobics or strength training, or in some other way? And most of all, does it work better in some way? Do you place a player recovering from an injury into a heavy/light training?
