Dion\'s Jock Strap
Okay folks, in my second season at Villa, and, having won the Europa league and finished 8th in season 1 - things are going really well in season two. I'm currently three points clear at the top of the league - last night's 1- defeat at Fulham my first defeat of the season and first in 18 games :-). However, I'm still in both cups, and the knockout stages of the Europa league and I've noticed that my players stamina is starting to fade in matches, particularly Ashley Young and Stewie Downing. Unfortunately, I haven't got a massive squad so can't rotate as much as I would like so I was thinking about their training - does anyone reduce training intensity midseason, particularly strength and aerobic? Presumably, if you are playing 2-3 times a week, you could reduce these to low? Slightly paranoid that I will make the wrong choice and ruin my season, which would be gutting as I have watched every match on full so far :-)
