Help with Swap Position

Hello, I've googled but can't find any answers.

1. When you want two wingers to swap positions, do you only put one of them to do it or do you have to do it with both on them in Player Instructions.

2. My wingers are only AMR and AML, and they can only play on one of the wings, so when they swap and I look inside tactics, they're Red on the position. So, do they both have to be AM R/L in order for Swap Positions to work?.

I think both have to be set to swap position to swap. Also If they can't play in both positions, they will swap but it won't be as effective as if they were accomplished or natural in both positions.
