Help in creating a training regime.

One of the things I struggle at with FM is getting the training right, I tend to download regimes, currently SFrasers, and don't pay much attention to it. However I have a regen who was part of the youth intake that has a 3 1/2 star rating and I think he will be a really really top player, problem is I think I should probably use a specific regime for him to maximise his ability, but have no clue where to start. Here he is;

He was originally a winger but I don't use wingers so retrained him as an AMC and am thinking about training him to play as a striker also as I use 3 in my tactic. I have had him tutored by one person already, which reminds me how long do I have to wait between tutoring?

I would greatly appreciate any insight into what kind of training I should construct in order to get him developing quickly and correctly.

Is the quick answer.

The long answer....

Training is very unfocused and non-specific

Training for 1 skill you do want, will also increase skills you dont want to.

Strength & Aerobics will need to be the major focus until he's around 21-24

Technique & (trainable) Mental skills will be minor focus areas

Match experience is more important to development than training, by a factor of about 5:1
