winther
hello! hope you guys can help me out. I'm doing my own facepacks and they look really cool in-game. however there are a hell of a lot of faces already in the game in a sort of cut-off style. this bothers me quite a lot, since it clashes with the overall style i'm trying to create. so this is what i was thinking: is there any way that i can remove the original facepack graphics that come with the game? i mean, they must be there somewhere... hope it's possible, thanks in advance. winther
damn! I got it working.. yay me! it's doable through the ressource archiver. great little tool. and it only took about 30 min. for reference to others: load ressource acrciver extract the graphics.fmf file to somewhere. delete the faces. backup your original graphics.fmf (important) load the archiver again, this time select "create archive" create a new graphics.fmf from the one you deleted the faces in. put it in place of the old graphics.fmf file. that's it i guess.
