Melbourn02
In this blog entry I looked at 3 scenarios that all managers face when trying to develop the talent that is not quite ready for the first team. The accepted approach is to loan them out as game time is crucial to player development. I didn't want to believe that despite assembling a great team of coaches and bespoke training schedules the best option for me was to loan out my stars to lower league teams. Koki
Sounds interesting. It would be cool if you could repeat the tests with very bad/good coaching staff. And also take a look at their average rating. Does that seem to have an effect on the development?
Melbourn02
Funny you should mention that - I am running that scenario with a league one club. Will post the results when I have them.
Cleon
I'm sorry but linking to stuff on other sites is only allowed if you publish it on these forums as well. If not it's seen as a way of boosting traffic to your own site/blog. Feel free to open up another thread if you're willing to post on here.
