noxion
Check out an Ass man called Jon Andoni [insert last name i cant spell] ... doesn't demand very high wages, but has great stats IMO...
BurakUeda
When I hire an AssMan, I always look to these attributes as common sense: Discipline, Tactical knowledge, Judging player ability, Technical knowledge, Determination and Motivation. And it seems like it is working so far. Of course if he also has high defense, attack etc. you can use him as coach too
jasonboyacmilan
Tassotti all the way for me.

Chalky1989
Wait 10-15 years then get Torres or Fabregas. :l I used to try and get Oleg Luzhni(sp?), can't remember how good he is though. Baldini could be good as well.
twatty
Jon Andoni Goikoetxea. Low in discipline, but pretty awesome otherwise. And most of all, I got him to join my HJK team. Finland that is.
Cougar2010
Well the first question should have been "What do you want him to do?" Fill a gap in your coaching? Do teamtalks? Do press conferences? Give tactical advice? Judge players abilities? All require different skills.
kezmanjacks
For lower league teams, Dutch Coach Hans Jorritsma is excellent, always reccomends quality players: even for £0. He will go to blue square even as a coach. Only thing is he is defensivley minded and will always give the defensive response in press confrences, but the squad are usually pleased. rastaman219
Brian Eastick or Steve Gatting are the two I usually go for. Personal preference I guess

trekman
At the start of the game go to the Celtic staff and pick the youth coach John Park as your assistant. I've dont this with various clubs and found him very good indeed.
Dirkjan
For lower leagues also look for Rui Cacador. Free transfer!
The Knowles
On FM09 i used Oleg Luzhny, but on FM10 his stats are no where near as good so i have used Tosh Farrell, i use him for press conferences because he tends to give the answers that i would give and also because he is 19 at judging players ability and potential. NVS_Gooner4life
Pat Rice is doing a wonderful job at Arsenal, both IRL and on my game http://i27.tinypic.com/rbl92u.jpg edit: if you want a good Ass Man who is unemployed from the start of the game then i'd recommend Mark Bowen.
