MelbVictory
Need to be more specific. What is the team selection screen? Post a screen cap perhaps
phillosopherp
After you select all the nations for your save and put in your manager info you then go to a screen to select who you are going to start your save managing at. I have seen a number of teams that are grayed or shaded lighter then the rest of the teams. I have only noticed this in the lower leagues, and specifically in the German 3rd is where I noticed it. Don't know if it happens elsewhere as I am REALLY new to the game and just so happened to notice because I was going to start at Stutgart (sp?) II but didn't do to them being grayed. DSYoungEsq
Isn't that a "B" team for another club? Can you manage for such a club, like Atletico B?
ElDani
The difference between VfB Stuttgart II and Atletico Bilbao B is how the league and their clubs are structured. While VfB Stuttgart II is their reserves team, Atletico Bilbao B is only linked by method of an affiliate link where players can move freely. Furthermore, not all countries allow their B-teams to be promoted to playable leagues. England for example has Reserves groups 1 to 10 and there's no escaping these leagues. jayahr
The greyed out teams are not separate teams but the reserves of teams which can not be managed separately by human managers. In essence, the greyed out teams are those which you cannot select to manage.
